Orders and Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We process your orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery generally takes:
France: 2 to 4 business days
Europe: 5 to 7 business days.
International: 7 to 12 business days.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track it in real-time.
Where do you deliver?
Airbanana delivers everywhere in mainland France, the overseas territories, as well as throughout the European Union and internationally.
Is the product well-protected for transport?
We take special care with the packaging. Each Airbanana is protected by a shockproof case to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition in your kitchen.

Is payment secure?
Absolutely. Our site uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt all your banking data. We never have access to your credit card details.
Returns and Refunds
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You have a short time after your purchase to modify or cancel your order before it is prepared. Contact us as soon as possible via email with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Not satisfied? No worries! You have 30 days after receiving your package to return it. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Send us a request through our contact form. We will provide you with the return address. Once we receive and inspect the package, we will process the refund within a maximum of 15 days.
About Our Products
Where are your products made?
All of our Airbananas are handcrafted by our workshop near Bordeaux. We carefully select our raw materials to ensure optimal quality and impeccable manufacturing ethics.
What should I do if my product is defective?
We are sorry for this inconvenience. Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to our customer support. We will immediately send you a new item.
Why use an Airbanana banana holder?
Is it really useful for storage?
Yes! Hanging your bananas replicates their natural position on the tree. This prevents pressure points and bruising caused by contact with the bottom of a bowl. Air circulates freely, slowing oxidation and keeping your fruits fresh and firm for longer.
Is the stand stable even with a heavy bunch of bananas?
Absolutely. The base of the Airbanana banana holder is stable. It is designed to hold up to 2.5 kg of fruit without ever tipping over.
Can I hang other fruits or objects on it?
Certainly! Although optimized for bananas, our customers also use it to hang grape clusters, drying herbs, or even light kitchen accessories.
Design and Maintenance
What materials are used to make the banana holder?
We use premium and durable materials. All our materials are BPA-free and suitable for food contact.
How do I clean my Airbanana?
A simple wipe with a soft, damp cloth and soapy water is sufficient. We do not recommend dishwasher use.
Warranties
Do you offer a warranty? Yes, all our kitchen accessories are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or structural defects.
