Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return a product to us.
With Airbanana, you have a right of withdrawal of 30 calendar days (See our General Terms and Conditions of Sale) from the receipt of your order to return a product or your entire order. Depending on your preference, we can either refund your entire order or exchange the product for another of your choice.
Good to know: The product will be returned at your expense and under your full responsibility. Why are return costs at your charge? We have chosen to offer our banana holders at the best price while guaranteeing optimal quality. This is why, to maintain these competitive prices, we do not include hidden costs (such as return fees) in our base prices. We provide all the necessary information before purchase to help you make an informed decision and find the tip perfectly suited to your need (shape, dimensions, materials…).
Product return conditions
Our return conditions are simple:
- The return of the product must be requested within 30 days from the receipt of the product
- The product must be unused and in new condition et returned in its original packaging
- The product must be accompanied by the invoice
Any return that does not meet these conditions (damaged, used, modified, or incomplete product, exceeded return period) unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Procedures to follow for returning a product
- In your Customer area, go directly to Orders and click on Request a Refund. Fill out the Refund Request form. If you have not created an account on our website, please contact us via the contact form below. Your request must reach us online no later than 30 days after receiving your item.
- Upon receipt of your request by our Customer Service, it will confirm the Return via email. You then have 30 days from receipt of the validation to send us the product(s). The date on the postmark or courier stamp will serve as proof.
- Properly pack the product so that it is well protected during transport. Please note that, contractually, your product is transported at your own risk and expense. The product in its original packaging must be shipped in a suitable box for transportation.
- Be sure to include a copy of the purchase invoice in the package. Consider insuring the product with your courier by declaring its new value to ensure appropriate compensation by the courier in case of loss or damage.
- Send us the package to the following address: AirBanana – 22 rue de l’Oregon, 33600 PESSAC.
- Upon receipt of the product and compliance with the return conditions, you will be refunded, no later than within 15 days, by bank transfer or a refund to your credit card account.
